  • Full Body Strength with Nicole

    Working head to toe! A 20 minute full body strength workout that will challenge every muscle group! This one will get you sweaty as we work through lower, upper and core exercises

  • Full Body Strength with Brie

    A full body strength session, with compound and isolated movements to burn from top to toe. Strengthening while lengthening the body with movements to aid you in day-to-day living. You'll need dumbbells and an optional resistance band.

  • Hot Strength Cardio with Susie

    The Hot Strength Cardio class we all know and love - strong sets of upper, lower and core with bursts of heart thumping cardio! All you'll need is a set of dumbbells.

  • Full Body Cardio Strength with Camilo

    Working the upper body, lower body and core, embrace your strength with this full body workout, and get your heart rate up with energising bursts of cardio.

    Working through sets of 3 Upper Body + 3 Lower Body exercises this class will challenge you across muscle groups, working with heavier weights to grow muscular endurance and strength.

  • Lower and Upper Body and Core with Ruby

    Lower body focused exercises to sculpt, tone and strengthen the glutes, quads and hamstrings. Upper Body exercises to strengthen through the entire upper body. With the longer duration sets and shorter rest breaks this is sure to get the sweat factor.
