No props at home? We've got you covered with these equipment-free classes! Don't be fooled though, you don't need dumbbells and resistance bands to feel the burn. You'll build strength and challenge your muscles using just bodyweight. For these classes, we're trying something different with the tunes. The video doesn't have music, but Cheyenne has created Spotify playlists for you to play along with the classes, which means you can really pump the volume!
