  • Sweat in 10: Biceps and Shoulders with Lou

    Grab your dumbbells and let's strengthen your biceps and shoulders with this targeted 10 minute challenge.

  • Sweat in 10: Triceps and Chest with Lou

    Test your triceps and challenge your chest with this upper body focused strength workout. Working with light-medium dumbbells and bodyweight.

  • Lower Body and Core Strength with Brie

    A 30 minute burn using dumbbells and targeting your key muscle groups through both the core and lower body. Get your heart rate up and muscles burning with this strong session.

  • Full Body Strength with Brie

    A full body strength session, with compound and isolated movements to burn from top to toe. Strengthening while lengthening the body with movements to aid you in day-to-day living. You'll need dumbbells and an optional resistance band.

  • Express Core Strength with Brie

    A quick session to get your core fix anywhere, any time. Using just a squishy ball, we'll target all parts of the core to get that burn in a short amount of time.

  • Feel Good Strength with Alli

    Flow from start to finish in this class. Full body Pilates strength with the added intensity using our much loved bala bangles. Feel strong, energised and of course a tad sweaty.

    Working through sets of 3 Upper Body + 3 Lower Body exercises this class will challenge you across muscle groups, working with heavier weights to grow muscular endurance and strength.

  • Upper and Lower Body and Core with Ruby

    Upper body focused exersices to build, sculpt and strenghthen the arms, chest and sholders. Lower body focused to strengthen through the entire lower body. Longer sets and short intervals to get the heart rate up. Finishing with that extra spice with some cadio exercises to bring on the sweat.
